Please do not send payment. You will receive an agreement letter for each event you were selected for. Base fees are due 45 days prior to the event. If fee is not paid, you will forfeit your space and we will select an alternate vendor. 10% of sales are due within 10 days after each event; if not paid on time a late fee will be applied.
Once accepted all vendors will be required to provide the following:
- Certificate of Liability Insurance ($1,000,000 per occurrence minimum)
- Certificate of Flame Resistance (tent vendors only)
- Completed Food Vendor Permit Application Form
