Battle of the Books Adult Registration Form

Please include all team member information on this form. Teams must have at least 2 members and no more than 4 members total. Please only submit one form per team. If you need help finding a team, fill out the form and we will help match you up with a team.

Team Member #1 serves as a contact between the team and the Virginia Beach Public Library. This person is responsible for securing and fully charging a mobile device for the team for the event, which can be one of the team member's cell phones, a tablet or an iPad provided by VBPL for the event.
