This form IS NOT a request form for:  

• Emergencies or requests for police. Call 911 if this is an emergency or (757) 385-5000 for nonemergency requests. 
• Security or Policing at your event. 
• VB Fire Department. If you would like to contact the VBFD, call: (757) 385-8882 
• VB EMS. If you would like to contact EMS, call: (757) 385-1999
• For events on the property of Virginia Beach Parks & Recreation. Visit the Parks & Recreation website to make that request.
• For all other locations within Virginia Beach city limits. Visit the Convention & Visitors Bureau website to make that request.
• This form is to request members of the Youth Services Unit to attend community events, such as trunk or treat events, back-to-school fairs, neighborhood events, and safety fairs.

Please also note, this is just a request form. Filling out this form does not guarantee attendance. Availability is limited, though we will do our best to accommodate all requests in some way. The earlier the request is received, prior to the event, the better.
