The City of Virginia Beach is committed to delivering a more modern experience for citizens, visitors and other stakeholders. The City’s online Supplier Portal will soon become your main gateway to procurement and contract opportunities. Our new portal will offer a simple, secure way to:

- Access purchase orders and invoices
- Track payment status
- Update company information
If your company has provided goods and services to the City or would like to do so in the future, we encourage you to complete this contact form by June 1, 2020. Please make sure the information you enter is accurate and current. We will use this information to send you the latest updates about the portal, upcoming opportunities, payments and other accounts payable and procurement matters.
Note: Businesses that provide goods or services to the City of Virginia Beach are referred to as “suppliers.” This term is often interchangeable with vendors, contractors, bidders, proposers and consultants.
