Use this form to contact the Stormwater Extension Agent about flooding concerns you have on your property. The Stormwater Extension Agent will contact you to discuss mitigation options tailored to your situation. By submitting this form, you understand that all costs for installation and maintenance will be paid for by the home or business owner.

Do not use this form to report flooding within the street/right of way, or if there is an emergency situation. If a roadway is currently flooded, call 757-385-1470 or email PWClrks@vbgov.com. For medical or public safety emergencies, call 911.
